i'm constructing an e-portfolio for my wife's grad school application and i have to create it in a PDF format. i don't have adobe acrobat (and i don't feel like dropping $160 for it for a one-time use) and when i convert a word document to PDF it loses the hyperlinks from the icons to the external site that hosts the files, which defeats the entire purpose.

anyone have any experience with this?

From word, are you saving-as or print-saving it as a PDF?

nvm fixed. i was able to goof around with it in google drive enough to improve what i was trying to do (though random links kept disappearing) and then finally a buddy of mine with adobe acrobat installed was able to just edit it and send me the new copy in about ten seconds, so i'm good.
