Will the Panthers back it up next season?

I believe they can. but i have little history to go on. the only playoff run i really followed in the moment was our 2008 meltdown. the 2005 run cemented my interest in football as a 13 year old kid so i was pretty ignorant and didnt follow the offseason. the SB run was more to spend time with my dad (Superadiabatic here on the Huddle) than because i liked the Panthers.

this has been a nagging question on my mind all season. We've never had back to back winning seasons. is it finally gonna happen? what happened after each of the Panther's playoff runs to cause the next season to implode? any signs the same thing will happen this time?

Yes the core of this group is young and this time we actually have a  QB, not just a gun slinger that gets lucky.  The Def will remain dominate if Hardy can somehow stay if not we will still be good and allow younger cheaper guys to grow into bigger roles.  Off we still need that big time WR (hopefully the draft this year).  KEEP POUNDING!

should have added this to the OP but i am focused like a laser on the playoffs. i'll be at the game this weekend so next season doesnt really matter right now. BUt as a fan i can still speculate. besides... as a younger fan in terms of years following the team, this post was meant more for people to teach me some offseason history about my team so i can follow the upcoming offseason better.
