What 49ers Fans are Saying

maybe I'm crazy.  Ok, I am.

But I see this as a game Ginn redeems himself and wins us this game.

Our defense can contain them.  Our offense and special teams needs to step it up and Ginn is just the player to do it.  Don't forget, Ginn is one of the reasons we won last time with awesome field position.  I think he knows he's dropped a couple this year and comes in ready and hot.

Smitty is back and is going to be hungry.  He's going to DEMAND extra attention.  That's going to open things up for Ginn.

No I am not forgetting our defense is better, becaue it clearly is.

As far as sucking in the redzone, Carolina scores a TD on 55.56% of their redzone possesions.  The 49ers are 54.24%.  Carolona is ranked 12th while san Fran is 14th.  Pretty much the same.  And Kaep has 15 TD passes and 2 INT in the redzone this year, while Cam has 17 TDs and 3 INT.  Preety damn even.

You can double Crabs, we still have Boldin and you can't single Davis with a LBer, he will win everytime.  So you double Crabs, and single Davis.  I am guessing you single Boldin, which would be a mismatch as well, then you have Gore and kaep's running as well.  I don't think you understand what Crabs being back has done for this offense.

We're a zone defense so it's not a question of single or double coverage on any particular player - it's a question of dropping 7, rushing 4 and waiting for Kaep to make a mistake.

Boldin will destroy the zone.  That is what he does.  You run zone, and Boldin will rip it to shreads.  That won't work.

Good for him, problem is that someone has to get him the ball...

ok, who would you rather have do it?

A.- 3,197 yards, 7.7 yard average, 21 TDs, 8 INT,

B.- 3,379 yards, 7.1 yard average, 24 TDs, 13 INT

and one of them has playoff experiance.

I would like to note that it seems like the Panthers are getting no love from the media, which is surprising considering we only lost 1 of our final 12 games, and that loss was to a Strong team that we later ended up beating. if this we were the Cowboys or Giants perception would be the other way around.  Anti small market bias. fug them all...

You forgot two very important stats....

A - 58.4 completion pct. on 416 attempts.

B - 61.7 completion pct. on 473 attempts.

So give me B, Cam doesn't have playoff experience but he has plenty of big game experience and he's proven to be clutch.

When Cam played for a championship he came out a winner... how about Kaep?

And one has won a national championship in the only other time he's had a playoff atmosphere...

Greg Hardy is motivated by nothing but dollar signs, and he knows every play he makes throughout this postseason adds that much more to the already mega contract he will receive come free agency. The Kraken is hungry, and he might do to Kaepernick what he did to Carson Palmer and knock him out the game. He won't have time to find a soft spot of the zone. Kaepernick is a douchebag, but I actually feel kinda sorry for him.

It's hilarious how zero credit has been given to this is a home game in Carolina.

You'd think it's being played at a neutral site going off Bay Area media.

Dan Dibbly was insufferable on The Rise Guys today. Have no credit to Carolina for anything. Guy is a tool.
