Sweet. If you get one, try cooking it sous vide, and then char on the grill for a couple of minutes to finish it off.  Tender, delicious, and you're assured a perfect temperature.  You don't need a fancy contraption, just a cooler, a ziploc bag, and a thermometer.

 

Cooking flank steaks sous vide has changed my life.

I miss just being on the boards ... I ran into Mush and the wifey at an unfortunately loss of someone the other day and decided I would troll around and see what was shaking. I am just mind-blown of all of the same old members still on here!! Sorry I haven't been active, it has been crazy for me the last few years, I was volunteer Firefighter & EMT while still keeping up with my real job ... you know winning those championships! LOL and just lost touch of the old forum. But I am truly proud of this community for staying strong after all of these years! You guys Rock!!
