I love how kids like this think these checkpoints have never been adjudicated by the SCOUS and their constitutionality established.

By a 6-3 decision the court held that these stops are "reasonable search and seizure" and that brief questioning to establish suspicion or lack thereof was permissible.

The kid is a Dickbag with a camera and no respect or regard for others.

i have no problem with them personally.  i think the issue is more how officers conduct themselves.

I have a buddy that was a DA and now is a defense attorney who has told me on numerous occasions how many times he has seen cops shade to the wrong side of what is legal

In the same way that doctors and nurses develop a separate personality for dealing with the people they serve, so that they don't get too close and get emotional... cops can develop the same kind of thing, but in reverse...  They deal with assholes in the general public so much that they just start to assume that everyone is an asshole and they develop a bad attitude.  I've seen it personally a lot.
