Putting to rest that argument will never happen because there are those who simply want to believe Cam isn't that good and Luck is all that he's hyped to be.

 

people like rko probably didn't want cam in the first place and were heartbroken when luck stayed in school.  so their mission in life is now to rub it in everyone's face that their guy is so good and look how wrong and dumb you were to think that cam is adequate.

And spare me the I criticize because I love BS. That is the stuff folks say when they know they are doing something that is wrong but don't want to admit to it.

 

I don't even like the word criticize. But when I see Cam have bad footwork and as a result he misses a throw I'm going to talk about it. That is what we do on a Panther forum. I don't make excuses for him. I don't blame his receivers or his lineman. I just think there is a double standard where Byron Bell and Brandon Lafell are easy targets but you say something about Cam and his posse of fanboys follow you around the message board, even into threads about other teams.

Hilton is a superstar. He's just not well known yet. He's one of those receivers who is always open. I see Reggie Wayne in him.

It's not because he has no conscience, he can only play well when there is nothing to lose. He can't beat teams on all 4 quarters. But if he's down he'll play with no regard.

TY Hilton's been open the whole damn game. Plus, Rodgers and Fleener have been active.  Their WR's are good enough.  Way better than ares, and they've shown they can make plays and fight for the ball.

Let me attempt to clear this up. Everything in this thread has been exagerated to the 10th degree.

Cam has athletic ability Luck could only dream about. He'll never even touch Cam in that aspect.

However, when it comes to THROWING the ball, leading receivers, throwing a receiver open, and maintaining accuracy (for the most part), Luck is miles ahead of cam.

Who is the better QB? Waaaaaaaay to early to tell. But Luck slinging the ball all over the field is a thing of beauty. He is playing at this moment, while Cam is not. Hence why im very positive about Luck today and not mentioning cam. Im not sure how people dont see that. But either way, people hate Lucks hype? Yeah, that ESPN poo is annoying I agree. But i dont watch espn so idk. But the "hype" in this case is completely justified. Dude can play

 

then why is his career completion percentage worse than cam's

 

you should have an answer for that since you believe so strongly that cam isn't in the same league and, per your own post, 75% worse than luck as a passer.
