National perception of the Panthers via Twitter study

We are actually looked upon verb favorable by people outside of the Carolinas. I expect this to change over time because of Cam and us winning. But for now people will probably be pulling for the Panthers nationwide. It should be no surprise that the Panthers fans view the team in a more negative light than the general public. We have a fickle fanbase.

No we have a fan base that has had its heart ripped out time after time. It's easy for others to to jump on, but long time panther fans have to be cautiously optimistic.

Thats just called being a b***h. You're either in, or you're out. There is no in-between.

I don't know how old some of you are, but for those of us who have been around from day 1, we have to remain cautiously optimistic.

We realize this team has had the ability to lift us to the heavens then bring us back down to earth crushing us in the process.

I have a lot if confidence in this years team, but they have a lot to prove.

The time is now, and the motto is win.

All of us have invested in this team emotionally and financially, now it's time for return on investment.

No excuses. I EXPECT THIS TEAM to rise to the occasion, but knowing it can be heartbreaking in the end.

That's cautiously optimistic.

I am as die hard as the next guy.  But the 2008 game is fresh in my memory.  Jake...Jake...Jake...  My god that game still hurts. I will scream just as loud and root just as hard.  However in the back of my mind that game still sits there.
