Seems like the past 2 or 3 years the Bucs have been making moves in the offseason that make people go "Oh fug..." and yet they fall flat on their face every damn time.  Maybe they'll finally get it right, or maybe they'll just be a paper tiger... again.

Smith and Frazier are very good hires for the Nucs whether must in here want to admit it or not.

They are a massive upgrade over Schiano.

TB has a lot of talent and will be a force in the division next year.

The NFC south should be nasty next season.

The difference is that this time Shiano will not be there to Buc it up.
