Cam: At the end of the '10 season I was excited because we were going to get Luck.  Then he decided to stay in school and I jumped on the Peterson bandwagon.  I thought Cam was the best QB in the draft and had a lot of potential but I did not think any QB in the draft was worth #1.  The way I saw it, if you are 2-14 and picking #1, you are more than one player away, so get the best damn player and in my mind it was Peterson.  Had we had our 2nd I would have wanted Dalton but I figured just get a vet, the way we did with Peete in '02, and get our franchise guy later.  I was wrong, Cam was worth the top pick.  In my defense though, Peterson is pretty damn good himself.

 

Luke: This one, I was right on.  That draft was a great night for me.  I was at a bar at the Phillies single-A stadium with my friend (Bucs fan).  We were in agreement that the top three players in the draft were Luck, Claiborne, and Luke.  Most projections had them taking Claiborne, but the Cowboys took him a pick early, which pissed him off and thrilled me.  Then two picks later we took Luke and I was ecstatic.  Beason had torn his Achilles and Davis his ACL again so I had no problem taking a LB when I felt he was the BPA.  I honestly never though Davis would make it back.

 

Ron: When he sent out the field goal unit against Buffalo I about lost it.  I was screaming at the TV.  Then after the last play I just stood there in front of the TV while my brother sent me a text reading "I'm done."  I have spent seven of the last nine years watching games at the same bar.  It is kind of funny looking back, all the staff and regulars felt so bad for me because they knew that just over seven days earlier I was all excited thinking that this year was going to be different.  It amazes me that someone so stubborn could change his ways so quickly and so completely, but I sure am glad he did.

In the last 3 drafts, I wanted Cam, Luke and Star. I am dead serious. So I was pretty happy when I heard their names called. I also wanted Joe Adams lol. In this draft I really want Kelvin Benjamin.
