Swag's 2014 Mock Draft V.1

I disagree with your draft especially in the 1st round picking up a CB whose impact on team would be far less than vs a  OL on  offense. We already have # 1 defense and now its time to build the offense up. You already see the impact a top talent lineman has on Defense and we should do  likewise for the Offense line which should solve half of the offense problems.

1st round  RG-  Gabe Jackson 6'3" 335lbs  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cA-nDbk3k3c

                 LT-  Cyrus Kouandjio 6'6" 310lbs     http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xh13wobMI5Q

                 RG-  Cyril Rhicardson 6'5" 330lbs   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xh13wobMI5Q

                 LT- Antonio Richardson 6'6" 327lbs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4yYmrqbUMOg

2nd round  WR - Kelvin Benjamin  6'5" 235lbs  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uk2T3FAEkCk

                  WR - Jordan Mathews 6'3"  206lbs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3dD3fgfVms

WR- Odell Beckham / Jarvis Landry http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8KoAJ-Y5MU

3rd round OT- David Yankey 6'5" 315lbs

                 OG- Chris Watt  6'3" 330lbs

                 OG- Jon Halapio 6'3" 320lbs

4th round TE- Austin Seferian Jenkins 6'7" 270lbs

5th round DB- Deion Belue  5'11" 185lbs

I like your choices of positions, but no way Kouandijo is there when we pick in the 1st,  Benjamin and Matthews are there when we pick in the 2nd, Yankey in the 3rd, and no way ASJ is there at the end of the 4th.

If you seriously think that Benjamin and Matthews will be there near the 60th pick, you have no idea what the hell you're talking about.

I really think that Benjamin could be there in the late 2nd. I do not think Matthews will.

I believe that bc Benjamin only has one very productive season. Also, his QB is Jameis Winston.

So i guess you have a crystal ball and know exactly when their going to get drafted?? The point is this draft is loaded with deep talent  and some of it is bound to drop to us.

Same thing could have been said about Star last year but what happened.

You don't have to have a crystal ball to know that quality players are going to go early, especially two players in the consensus top 40.

Did you need a crystal ball to know Andrew luck was going first overall to the Colts?

Also, to your example, yes, Star fell in the draft, but he also had a health scare with his heart.

The draft isn't an exact science, but it's easy to know that two great players will go in the top 40 of picks.

Yeah no poo when the team say what they want and where talking about top 10 pick that is usually known........But like i said one these WR is going to drop maybe not matthews but again who knows......all I am saying is that where going to  have a chance to pick up a solid WR in the 2nd round.

There's a chance we could pick up a solid receiver in the 7th round, but he's not going to be in the same tier immediately as Benjamin or Matthews, who are in the upper tier of prospects.

I guarantee both of those guys are gone by pick 40.

Kelvin may go in the 2nd but it won't be at the bottom of it

Im not going to predict anything bc I dont have a crystal ball. ;)

But, this is a really good class of receivers: Watkins, Evans, Lee, Robinson, Beckham, Matthews, Benjamin, Cooks, Landry, and Adams. These are just guys that are projected with 1st-2nd round grades. Thats 10 guys! You gotta factor in the other positions as well. Especially, the QB and OL will push some of these guys down. A guy like Benjamin could possibly fall that far.

Remember guys like Jeffery, Hunter, Woods, and Keenan all fell in the recent drafts.

Even if Benjamin is gone, I'd be glad to have someone like Devante Adams there.

Yeah i know but I rather  take a top talent OL vs a top WR in the later 1st round. I believe the OL will have far more impact than the WR.

1st -OL

2nd-WR

3rd-TE/ OL

4th-CB

5th -WR
