Having lived in Ohio and other places north of here, as well as visiting New York in January, I've experienced below zero more than once.  I've played the game in extreme cold conditions too.

 

Not being able to feel my fingers and toes is a pretty vivid memory.

I spent a few months in Minnesota and it makes my yearly winter trips to Iowa feel like Florida and has basically made me immune to Charlotte winters.

The weather is definitely keeping a lot of Packer fans home and would keep most Panther fans from even considering it.
