Miami offered Nick Cesario their GM job - he turned it down to stay in NE

In coordinator news - now it looks like Gary Kubiak is heading to BAL and Dowell Loggains is off to the Browns after Kubiak talks fell through there.

What's surprising is the browns actually have some pieces in place to be good but they lack the overall most important factors. Fanchise Qb, good head coach, and competent ownership/management. They will be doomed to fail until that changes

I don't think anyone outside of Dolphins' ownership is sold on that coaching situation down there, but ownership seems adamant that Philbin is there to stay.  Seems like when you're already down to the 7th option on your GM search, you might be open to some outside suggestions.

They need all the help they can get with Flacco at QB. Man he raped that team in his contract and proved what everone feared. That he was a avg QB who had a good line and some good WRs.

I'm not defending that contract he received, but I'd hardly put him in with Dilfer or Johnson in the postseason. 11 touchdowns, and 0 interceptions to go with a Lombardi is hardly something to scoff at. That is a pretty different Ravens team from just a year ago as well.
