sorry, i didnt read the last 6 or so pages, just want to be lazt about it today

i snagged 4 tickets on groupon, and they gave me vouchers. will these vouchers act as out tickets? or do we need to go somewhere to redeem these vouchers for tickets?

also, it said that over 1200 tickets had been sold on groupon, so im guessing that there will be thousands of people there. how are your t-shirt and towel supplied looking? some of the people i got in my group have to work and im trying to decide if we should all go down later together, or tell them to meet us down there because i dont wanna risk missing out on the paraphernalia. this is a sore subject because the last 3 bobcats giveaways i have been to i got there too late for anything, and it made me cry a little, on the inside.

Bring the vouchers with you and check in at Whisky River starting at 8pm.  Registration will be open until 10pm so make sure you're there before that.  One person can check in for everyone, so if you have people that are going to be late then you should check in for everyone to make sure you get the shirt and towel.  We've got 2K shirts, but I'm expecting at least that many people so they could absolutely run out.  Just try not to be too late.

I thought the ticket purchase was Registration?  I ask because getting there at 8 probably will not happen.  More like 9:30 or later.

 

 

You will still need to check in with your ticket voucher to get your shirt, towel, and raffle entries.  Registration opens at 8p and closes at 10p.

What is the $15 for then if the tshirt and towel supply will run out. People paid $15 ea just for fun?

 

 

The supply isn't going to run out if you get there on time.  If you get there after the registration closes then we can't guarantee you're going to get a shirt and towel.  If you get there late and there are no shirts I'll give you your money back for the ticket.  But if you just follow the rules we won't have to even have conversations like this.....

free cover and drink specials? have you ever been to a bar crawl before? $15 is a good deal even without the paraphernalia

 

 

Hopefully you guys used the link to Groupon that I posted so it is only $7 for the ticket.  But if the shirts/towels are gone you will be taken care of.  I'm not going to let anyone go home mad because they didn't get their stuff.  Even those of you who show up after registration is over.

It's all good.  I'm not trying to be a dick, names aside.  Just confused on some minor points.  It's in my nature to ask questions first; I guess I'm politic like that.

No worries - I wasn't either.  But to put it simply.....if you get there on time you'll be fine.  If just one of you can get there on time then do that to at least check in and get your stuff.  if you get there late and we've run out of shirts, I'll give you your money back or a gift certificate to one of the bars.  I know the Top Cats and Panthers Purrcussion will be going on between 8-9, so hopefully you can make it to that.  If not...we'll still get hammered and do "Let's Go Panthers" chants all night.  Win-win in my book. :)
