Was driving in to work this morning and was listening to the news (Charlotte) they reported how the Cats sold out our playoff tickets in minutes. Well it appears that Cincy, Indy and (drumroll) Green Bay has yet to sell out. The report said that these teams could face a playoff blackout in their local markets. Keep Pounding!!!!!

Brokers and opposing fans. There are thousands of tickets available, just on the secondary market.

Don't those exist in other markets too? No matter how you slice it, scalpers wouldn't blow the money to snap up all the tickets if they didn't think there was a huge demand.

I don't think any of those cities do psls. You are talking about 60-70 thousand tickets. Not 7k. Green bay didn't know until Sunday they'd be in the playoffs, Bengals were hoping for a bye. Indy not really sure there is an excuse for them.

Yea we only had 7000 tickets .Game day temp of -14 degrees in Green bay is brutal .

Green bay doesnt have psl's but they do make season ticket holders buy their playoff tickets too.  This year they didnt think they had a shot at the playoffs so they let people opt out of their playoff ticket invoices.  Bad idea.  Now not enough people have the money to go.  Sucks to be them.

Green Bay fans didn't budget for the playoffs, they figured there is no way. Also their stadium seats 80,000 compared to our ~72. Right now there are well over 10k seats available to our game on the secondary market. I think a bunch of Panthers fans are trying to cash out on them but will attend if they don't get the number they are looking for.

Right now the Eagles have 7k tickets available on the secondary market vs. the Saints.

Plus you always have the PSL's they were billed weeks ago before we were officially in the playoffs.  Its hilarious how they always pump up the sellout streak.  If not for the PSL, the streak wouldnt be more than a handful of games.  Now with big year we are having and the area seems to be rallying around the team this season (should be considering how rare we've been in the playoff position).

Say we we ddint have the PSL's locked in plus a down year for GB (everyone thought they would potentially be the #2 seed) combined with the 0 degree weather, yeah we'd defiantly be pushing to keep from blacking out as well.

We only put 7,000 tickets on sale because PSL owners are required to buy the rest.

Indy put like 50,000 tickets on sale

Lol. Right. Opposing fans are buying tickets to a game they dont even know if theyre in yet faster than Panther fans...

My friend is a 9er fan. Bought 6 tickets at 10am when they went on sale. If the 9ers don't come to town he will sell them. Simple.
