colts come from behind to beat the chiefs

saints lose in philly in a really high scoring game

the chargers had to win in overtime at home to a team that was resting it's starters. now they roll into cincy? it won't even be close. bengals all the way. chargers shouldn't even be in the playoffs.

as far as that game in green bay is concerned, i think it's going to be close but i think rodgers pulls it out for them and the packers come to charlotte next week. the advantage for the packers will be the weather. they are expecting the temperature to be in the single digits at game time and a low somewhere around 17 below that night. kaep has played well in pretty cold weather, but it was still in the 30s. this will be much harder and only one team of these two is used to this kind of weather and practices in it. that isn't kaep's team.

Yeah I think the weather in GB is going to slow down SF.   Would love nothing more than to see the Niners one and done.

People talking about the cold weather favoring SF in that game... yeah, that can be true to an extent in cold weather, but not this one.  Do you realize how fuging cold that game is supposed to be?  No one has an edge in that game... there's a chance of wind chills up to like -60 fuging degrees, which would make it the coldest game in history.

People die in weather like that.  That game is going to be a crap shoot, and boy am I looking forward to watching it.

Shits gonna be like this when people get tackled...

Chiefs at Colts: I believe the Chiefs went into the game vs. the Colts 2 weeks ago expecting to see them again in the 1st round. Here they are, and I say Andy Reid unleashes the most underrated passer in the NFL in Alex Smith on the Colts, 31-21

49ers at Packers: The cold conditions favor the Packers. Home field favors the Packers. However, outside of the QB position, the 49ers are superior to the Packers in every way. 34-24, 49ers

Saints at Eagles: Drew Brees is better than Nick Foles. The Saints D is better than the Eagles D. Sean Payton is better than Chip Kelly. The Saints are anemic on the road. All true. Eagles 35-27

Chargers at Bengals: Bengals are better at home and win the game no one cares about, 28-17

Although that us possible, I believe the run game will decide this one.

GB can run the ball with Lacy, but the SF run defense is stout.

SF can run the ball with Gore and Kaep and the GB run defense is atrocious.

I like SF in this one

Colts over Chiefs, despite the awful neck-beard on Luck. He's one ugly M-F'er. 23-17.

Chargers are a joke. They'll get pulverized by the historically-hapless Bengals, 38-10.

I want to pick Green Bay. They have Rodgers, and it's in Lambeau. Cold weather. History on their side. But I can't. Niners win going away, 31-17.

God knows I hate the Saints. Hell, even God hates the Saints: how else do you explain the existence of that cesspool named New Orleans? That said, I still chose Philly for purely football reasons, not hatred. They're just a better team right now. (Though I don't exactly love Philly, either). Eagles win, 24-20.

Looks like temps in the low 20's in Philly tonight.

Good luck, taints.

Fug the Taints. I don't like Philly, but want them to win tonight. Then Niners win, go to Seattle, win there as well. We throttle the Eagles next week, then get the NFCCG here vs the Niners....easy money. Then it's on to NY for the Super Bowl, where we win the John Fox Bowl over the Broncos, 27-23. Done.
