Bucs Hire Lovie

Lovie Smith has no idea what to do with offense. The Bucs are saddled with Mike Glennon, who we can beat with ease, and he loves to ignore the OL, which is a weak unit for them.

Not to mention he also runs a zone defense... so Revis continues to be misused. Dashon Goldson can't play because he's a headhunter. Barron is a flop so far. There's no edge rush. They have Lavonte David and an injury prone Gerald McCoy.

Big whoop. Worry about the Saints and the Falcons, who are bound to fix the trenches this offseason.

Lovie wasn't the GM, he was the HC.

And Glennon looked better than a rookie in the dumpster fire that is Tampa Bay should have, he could turn into a good one.

The Bucs hiring Lovie doesn't strike fear into my heart or anything, but he was a solid hire and probably the best of their options.

I think the Ginger Giraffe was impressive given the circumstances.

Can Lovie develop him.... or better yet, will he even try?

It's definitely going to be an interesting off season for them.

Not saying he will be terrible or great, but, everybody looks good when there's minimal film and teams dont look to gameplan to exploit your weaknesses.

LOL why do people give him so much respect? He was run out of CHI, and has never developed a QB in his whole career. They are also said to be hiring the old Bears GM as well.  I would be more worried about a up and coming coach(O'Brian) than a retread.

He got to the Super Bowl with Rex Grossman. He might not be able to develop a QB but he can build a team around one.
