I would not mind having him in the 2nd if BPA but never in the 1st.

Odell Beckham Jr. is much much better than Cooks.

Also, Cooks is so damn small. Theres no way hes standing at 5'10. The kid is damn short. Looks like a cross between Sproles and MJD.
