Sound Off: Packers, Niners, or Eagles?

I want the Pack... one reason is I'm still mad about the NFC championship game we lost to them.... and of course the fact that they have Capers leading a defense that can't stop a parked car.

We beat the 9ers when their offensive playmakers were out... they are playing the best out of the playoff teams.

Eagles have a pourous defense but their offense can score on anyone

The Carolina Panthers will be facing one of these teams next weekend.

The Packers have Aaron "Discount Doublecheck" Rodgers throwing long touchdowns again. But they also have the 25th ranked defense in the league. The Panthers should be able to score on them at home.

The Niners look like the most complete team featuring a good offense and stout defense. However, the Panthers have already beat them once this season in their own house.

The Eagles are a disaster on defense ranked 29th in the league. But there offense is ranked 2nd overall. Also, do you really want a bunch of Philly fans in Charlotte?

So if you could choose the next Panthers opponent, who would it be?

I want whichever team SCP can make the best smack thread on...other than that, bring on any of those mothafugas

If you want Green Bay, then the best scenario is play them in the Championship and let Carolina take care of Philly in the Divisional, IMO.

That would  give you your revenge and mean the NFCCG is in Charlotte,

Eagles then Packers then Niners. Really don't wanna play 49ers, IMO they are the best out of the 4 wild card teams at this point. Packers, especially their defense, didn't impress me against the terrible Bears but Aaron Rodgers is the man. Eagles struggled against the Cowboys and didn't look good. Either way each team will be pumped coming off of a win and will bring their A game.

    • Karlaftis and Danna have been pretty inconsistent so teams have been doubling Jones and able to contain their pass rush.   But the good thing is that yesterday, we schemed well against Steve Spags Defense, Canales married the surrounding personnel with his QB through play designs within his comfort zone and was able to get downfield at will.  He was able to execute higher difficulty throws and look a lot more comfortable.  It tells me that Canales has a good system in mind, and had an edge gameplanning wise against Spagnuolo - which is nice to see.  It's a bit to see-saw at times with either going way too pass heavy or way too run heavy, but I think he's finding out what works.  It takes time to have it come together, and sure, I could see regression happen against a better front-7, but this was good for the entire system gelling.
    • This was evident first two weeks of season. I don’t see any issues with physical tools since he came back. I think he is a player that must play with confidence to overcome those size limitations and he’s doing that.
    • Still 3-10 on passes over 15 yards.  At least he's not scared to merely attempt them anymore.  Where I see improvement is the 10-15 yard range.  He was 6-6.  Bryce of old was scatter shot on anything beyond 10 yards and the further out, the worse the accuracy.
