re. all teams who finished 7-9

Can any of you name them without looking it up? Know how many there are? I don't either, I just know the Panthers aren't one of them thankfully. One of those 7-9 teams are the Titans, and you wouldn't have realized it unless I told you just now, because they aren't very relevant. Since we're pretty much indifferent to 7-9 teams, as we should be, now's the time to take a look at just how benign a team with that record seems to be. I hope this is the start of less 7-9 finishes and more winning seasons to make the playoffs. It's good to be relevant.
