Kind of interesting to see Indianapolis and Philly favored early (in my opinion).

The current spread has the Eagles favored over the Saints by two... that means that if you bet on Philly; if Philly wins by two or more then they covered the spread and you won... However, if the Saints win or only lose by one; Philly did not cover the spread and therefore you lose.

-2 = Your team wins by 1, you lose. Wins by 2, you push. Wins by 3, you win.

-2.5 = Your team wins by 2, you lose. Wins by 3, you win. There is no push.

Not correct see post above. The line doesn't win, only covers.

Vegas did a fantastic job with these lines. Nothing jumps out at me as outright playable. I will likely be studying the over/unders

If I had to pick I would go Philly, Green Bay, San Diego, and Indy.  That being said, Philly is the only one that I would actually consider putting money on.  I have no clue what happens in the Indy game and while I think Cincy wins, seven is a lot against a team that already beat Denver and Kansas City on the road.  As for SF/GB, I think it is too close to call so I would take the points if forced to pick one.  That and I think Rodgers will obviously be better in his second week back than in his first.
