Starting 1 and 3

I was reflecting on the season and it dawned on me that I have been down this road before.

 

Telling my age here but in 1982 I was coaching a baseball team called the Angels.

 

We started 1-3, had an 8 game winning streak and finished the regular season 11-4

 

Winning the Championship on the one game tiebreaker.  Finishing 12-4

 

1-0 in the playoffs.   We were still champions.  I just found it Ironic that our season played out exactly the same as it did for me 31 (almost 32) years ago.   Bottom line.

 

We won the Championship.

Interesting coincidental story...........

 

BTW........when the Panther were 1-3 I presumed that Rivera would be fired by the end of the year and that Cam would end up a bust over time.
