Guess the old offensive coordinator will be looking for work this offseason.  Funny how there are threads discounting Mike Shula's playcalls even though he is 12-4 as offensive coordinator while Chudzinski was 13-19.

....in before #BRINGCHUDBACK threads

edit: title edited to reflect the fact Chudzinksi has not YET been fired

EDIT AGAIN - HE'S GONE

Yeah our defense totally has nothing to do with us being 12-4 when the offense compared to the 2 seasons under chud has greatly under performed.

love this crap.

Lets see

Chud Leaves

Offense plays a lot worse(this is not up for debate it has) and Defense turns on God mode and suddenly Shula is a offensive genius and Chud was the issue? seriously lol thats some dumb logic right ere

Of course chud never had the #1 defense in sacks and points allowed covering his ass either.

I'm not a fan of Chud really, but this is pretty true. In his first year here we had a top 5 offense, and a shitty defense. Then the next year our defense improved but the offense declined.

If we had that initial offense he brought us before he got too cute, combined with our 2013 defense, that would be sick.

Idiotic move. Quality franchises give coaches time to develop. Firing a coach after 1-2 years is the hallmark of a shitty orgnization.

reports that brass is "convinced they made a mistake" and do "not want to go down the road any longer"

speaking of shitty.  these are he kind of comments that ruin careers.

    • Wait until all the Bryce haters wake up haha Bryce would have been a perfect score yesterday if not for a couple of throws.  One was not throwing it to Thielen in the middle of the field and the 3rd and 2 on the last drive of regulation.  He rushed that throw and needs to set his feet and complete it.   He still has a long way to go to reach his potential, needs to get more consistent but yesterday was a great way to bounce back from 4 turnovers last week.  3 TDs, 0 turnovers, 226 total yards.  Solid day.
    • the gameplan was very QB friendly.    That aspect has a lot to do w/ the odds of ending up w/ a good grade.   Heavy run w/ a safe/conservative pass plan.
    • I hate to be KB’s defender but that was on the ref 5 yards from KB and the CB. The play should have been stopped immediately. KB knew he touched the CB and the play was reviewed and overturned for a touchback because the CB was down. It all goes back to protecting QBs. I have no doubt that if Brady was the QB, the whistle blows because you’d be letting a potential dangerous play continue for no reason. We saw our own TD get suspended for a blindside block on Adams on an interception return. Cam was QB and this was 2016, so no whistle. KB has no idea that Cam will hurt himself trying to tackle. It’s not his call to blow the whistle. I understand he could have just tried to tackle the guy, but he and the asshole ref are the only guys who know the play will be overturned on review. Also, 9 other offensive players didn’t make the tackle and I’ll bet that if we go frame by frame there are a few not giving 100%. The refs spent all of 2016, from the SB to week 1 to this game not protecting Cam ever. The zebra right next to the play should have stopped a dangerous play, period.
