Get on the computer a few minutes ahead of time, login to Ticketmaster, then just refresh the heck out of the screen where you buy the tickets and when the prompt changes from "On Sale" to "Buy Tickets", click on Buy Tickets and put in your quantity and best available.  You fool around looking for price and location, that one minute could cost you a chance at any tix.

 

Also, the limit is six.  If you aren't greedy and go for just 2 or even a single, your odds will be better.

Yeah, it typically is.   Same thing happens when Panthers pre-sale occurs, can't buy outside the region until 2 days after the on-sale. 

 

Sucks to be an out-of-towner fan sometimes.  Makes it hard to get tickets for games we want to go to
