I'm just curious to know why those that hate the Saints so much, to the point of wishing they lose to the Bucs, do so. Their both in our division. I'm not pulling for either one and could care less which one wins. But it is my question.

Because a Bucs win is virtually meaningless, other than them maybe keeping Schiano another year. If they give him the boot then they might get a real coach.

 

Meanwhile, saints loss + niners win = no playoffs for NO. that would be delicious.

The Saints are perpetual media darlings and dirty players.  And they have zero humility despite being an awful franchise for longer than I've been alive.

 

The Bucs are relatively humble, and have somewhat similar origins as the Panthers, an expansion team that's struggled to find its footing in a saturated football market.

 

There's no real comparison.

A culture of dirty play intended to injure opponents is one reason. Jimmy Graham acting like a frat boy on pledge week every time he makes a play is another. Yelling at the crowd to suck him in a certain area last week was another classy move.

I do like Brees, but Graham is an asshole.  I don't have a particularly strong hate for the Saints, but I do dislike that they are about as far from humble as you can get.
