I agree it wasn't exactly an impressive performance today, or for the last four games.  And I don't know how we will do in the playoffs.

 

But Seattle, SF, and Arizona are all teams that depend on great d, just as we do.  Green Bay, Chicago, Philly, and Dallas all can score, but play terrible defense.  The only potential playoff team in the NFC that is relatively balanced is New Orleans, and they will be on the road for the entire playoff run, and they suck on the road. 

 

So while I don't know if we can get to the big game, we have as good a shot as any of the other teams.

Another thing: all that bad really isn't all that bad. The offseason will involve maintaining a status quo on defense, navigating some tricky contract and cap situations, improving the offensive line, improving the receiving corps, and improving the secondary if possible. All things considered, that's a good position for a club to be in, especially a 12-4 club.

This team is already arguably Top 3 in the league.  With the problems the OP stated.

 

 

Add some OL depth (get Amini healthy), WRs, and CBs, especially in the draft, and holy Hell the next few years could be fun.

Every team has issues, the day of teams w/o weakness ended a long time ago.  It is more about the team that is hot at the right time.  We were hot and have been struggling and winning close of late, maybe it is our turn to get hot again?

Bullcrap with the little to no offense. We scored 14 points even with cam throwing high and the offensive line being crappy and shula's dumb playcalling. We just need to clean poo up, stop being overdramatic.

sounds like your the one bitching. I thought the play calling was pretty good and we have talent at EVERY position.you dont get to 12-4 with that schedule without STELLAR talent at key positions. Ice up son
