You cooking the wings? If so, what's your preferred method?

I do make homemade sometimes with my girlfriend though. We prefer not deep fried. Bake them for a while then broil them until they're crispy as fug. Then smother them in my Franks red hot buffalo homemade sauce.

I think wings are really only good deep fried, not crunchy enough with any other method. The problem with deep frying in a house is the smell of oil lingers for hours.

The trick with broiling and wanting your wings extra crunchy is after they're crispy put a light coat of sauce on and then broil them again for 15-20 minutes. Trust me.

nearing 60............with 40 years of lifting I eat to stay out of hospitals and off medication.........

 

But I had my days when I was younger......enjoy it while you are young because you can't do it without problems when you get older.......
