I'm not sure about this year, but last year they were announced on January 12th

Looks like 2011's team was announced on January 6th, so it seems like early January is your best bet for this year.

Would have to say Kuechly is competing with Bowman for the ILB position and Tolbert is competing with Reece for the full back position. 

 

I would think Kalil is the most likely to get voted All-Pro out of the three though.

Kuechly should no doubt be All-Pro and should really be DPOY. Bowman is getting a lot of consideration because of the pick 6 that basically was given to him. I mean the ball literally fell into his hands and the he had the entire defensive convoy behind him on the way to the endzone.
