It's funny you said that about Cam, but not Tolbert.

We all love Tug boat, and know he's good and versatile. But what did he do to deserve making the Probowl?

That was a serious reputation vote right there; cause he hasn't really been utilized much or properly many times by Shula.

Tolberts done everything for us this year, I just think there was a few other QBs who played really good football too. I guess not deserving was a poor choice of words

I agree with you on both levels. They don't use Tolbert enough which is a detriment to the team because it's clear to see he's a fighter and will fight for every inch of that field. That is the kind of guy you would  want as a starter. Don't know why he only comes in when certain plays are needed but when he does come in, he makes a statment. I see why he was picked for the Pro-bowl.

Plus, Cam doesn't get enough credit for how smart he is as a QB. He plays to Tolbert's strenght. Instead of just using Tolbert to help him look good like most QBs do with their RBs. I honestly believe if folks leave Cam alone and let him grow as a QB, he could be a one of those unique QBs who can game manage, coach and play the role of a QB all at the same time. Folks don't want to admit it, but as young as he is, he really does know how to make his team-mates look good.

i said this on twitter, and maybe i'm way off base here, but (if, god forbid, our guys are eligible for this thing), i'd like to see them boycott it on behalf of TD. certainly i wouldn't blame them for going to Hawaii, but i think it'd be great to see them refuse to play in the name of 58.

I agree with  you that Cam can be a great QB, in so many facets. Why? Cause he sincerely appears to wanna be great.

However, I don't think he cares what "haterz" or the media thinks, effecting his play (thank god). Lol.

I think Cam plays for his brothers/teammates/Coaches, and the fans at the game.

Yeah, I wish Tolbert was utilized more often. He could be so much more effective for Carolina.

I've said several times this year, that "I'd have no problem with a Tolbert, D'Angelo, Barner backfield (jettisoning

Stewart, if possible)". Not at all.

And Cam hasn't?  You are right. Cam isn't deserving of such an honor. He's only taken a team with barely a offense and NO defense for the past two seasons to a 6-10 and 7-9 record. And in his third season, with the help of a much improved defense and inconsistent offense to a team 11-4 record. But, he's not doing enough to deserve honors over QBs with MUCH better players surrounding them.

As I stated before, some of you Panthers fans really aren't paying attention to the ENTIRE team.

Anybody notice the greatest QB ever Andrew Luck did not make or even sniff at the pro-bowl. In fact, a QB that probably won't even make the playoffs is chosen over him. I'm talking an 10 win division winning team's QB was not selected by neither the fans, the coaches, nor the players to represent in Hawaii. While the QB of an 8-7 team in the same conference that won't even make the playoffs will be in Hawaii. It seems like the media hype is neither affecting the general fans, the players, and certainly not the coaches. "All he does is win" couldn't help The Golden Calf of Bristol and doesn't seem like it's helping Luck's cause either. Wow! Lucky might actually be as suck as I always thought.

In fact, there was a poll asking who the biggest snub was and a whopping 55%(probably eagles & colts' fans. lol) said Foles while only 11%(probably only Colts fan) said Luck.
