Cam's enthusiasm on and off the field borders on that of a man child.................but there is nothing wrong with that at his age right now.

 

I believe in time the showiness of his on field play will settle down but he is enjoying the passion of it for now and that is fine. As he becomes more of a leader he will set examples and some of that will settle down. Don't get me wrong.........Smitty is as big a leader you can get on the Panthers right now and retains that passion but he's a WR...........the QB position is different as you must be the executer of the strategies implemented on the field whereas the WR is the recipient of that action.

 

I'm confident that this opportunity to play in the post season will the be crucible that will shape Cam's leadership qualities and character further. I'd really like to have him talk with Dan Marino and/or Jack Delhomme about what it means to get to the playoffs/SB and seizing that opportunity.

 

The question is....Why does it bother you so MUCH???

 

I find it very funny that in a country where certain folks LOVE to preach about their FREEDOMS and RIGHTS,  some of you see fit to want to take away this kid's rights to be himself. How fair is that?

 

If folks were seriously honest to themselves, no one would be offended by Cam doing the Superman move because HECK, that is what he has been to this team since he's gotten here. Them folks can say whatever they want, but Cam has done in his first two years what not even Peyton has done to the Colts in his first two years. It's sad how far folks will go at ignoring facts and truthfulness in order to feed their own egos.

 

Cam has been doing the Superman moves since junior high school....THAT'S juniors high school. There isn't anything cocky or arrogant about that. IMO, the real cocky and arrogant people are the ones who want to believe it's their right to impose their own judgemental views unto this kid and he should have to change to suit them.

If you look in the dictionary under the word "Bitch" you will see a picture of a bruised and bleeding Superman, on his knees, orally pleasuring Cam Newton in the Fortress of Solitude, while being slapped around. That is because all houses are Cam's house. If Cam Newton is in "your" house, YOU will be on your knees, orally pleasuring Cam Newton because it is really Cam Newton's house,you bleeding bruised "Bitch"

You're seriously telling me to "chill out" after the last two years of the tomfoolery over everything Cam did? I have never seen folks project their every feelings unto everything someone does like I have with Cam. I think u're directing that comment to the wrong person...unless you don't object to folks believing Cam should be moving to the beat of their drums?!
