Hey, we're out there...the majority of SR is pretty classy, but as you can see, there is the occasional classless one.

This is semi-awkward though, considering how I was the one who made the Hitler video. But it's all for amusement.

Looking over the menu, it all sounds delicious, and judging from the photos, it looks as if you've done your homework on what makes a restaurant successful: Good, fun atmosphere where a person can unwind from a long week at work, friendly waitstaff, etc. Here's to hoping your business venture is a long and fruitful one Dan!
