Jake's "proven capability" is being inconsistent and declining in skills. Campbell has proven he is capable of learning and improving in skills. It's a no brainer to accept a trade like this.

No. Jake might not be one of the best QBs in the league as far as talent goes, but he is a good leader. People on here might have a bitter taste in their mouths from that playoff loss, but all in all, Jake is right for this team.
