Seems most of the improvements need to happen on offense.

 

The running game needs to be more dangerous.

Hixon stepping up was incredibly huge. Need more of that.

 

Less deep routes to Olsen.

Cam being rolled out or bootlegs.

yeah the mildcat isn't getting it done.

no more wildcat, and no more unbalanced line.  Don't know that the defense really cares if Gross or Bell move around. 

 

More running means better shots at 3rd down.  I liked the deep shots but you have to get the ball rushed to get playaction in this league.  Cam's good at it, so use it. 

 

IF 89 misses a game, Hixon needs to get involved with post/corner, drags, and use LaFell upfield more.

Our run game is not working because we are in the bottom of the league on big plays (as seen on the graphic during the game). Script few of those together and you'll see everything open up
