I cant stand when the camera shifts to Rivera and he is just standing there not saying anything with his thumb up his a$$. To me that screams idk what im doing. You see any other coach in the NFL and they are screaming, talking doing something. He just stands there....

 

Like I told Snake, Rivera lets coaches coach. He really doesn't get involved. Which is a good and bad thing. Cause dude you're on the field, idk what Shula sees in that high ass skybox but we need 2 yards to pick up a 1st down. You should be calling a run

If you ever watch him mic'd up or all access you would know that he is one of the most fired up and passionate coaches in the nfl. He doesn't have to be hootin and hollerin every second. Sometimes coaches need to remain calm
