Hard to move on from the old logo. It'll always have a place in my heart. You can ask how Philadelphia Eagles fans felt when they changed their logo, in the late 90's. The organization went from a regular green to a dark green color in their look. Plus, the Eagle looked bolder and meaner. People who were fans of the Eagles since the 50's hated it. They grew to love it since.

 

I understand the team's issue... legally they couldn't use it. They had do something different. I don't like it as much, but I'm also not a 15 year old kid who collects Hornet jerseys and hats... so I'm not their customer for this stuff.

 

I'm glad we got the name back. The colors back. At some point, you have to be happy and not keep wanting more and more as a fan. This is great day to be a Charlotte Hornets fan. 

 

Just hoping we can get our history back... so the newer fans can understand why everybody grew up loving the Hornets.

I like it, but it looks like Teal and Navy Blue, no?

The newer version of the old logo is pretty bad but at least they kept it in some way.

Just noticed that, it is navy blue..

 

But then again, by the time New Orleans moved on from the Hornets; they were also using a teal/purple/navy blue.
