My playoff predictions

Im glad you made this thread because I have a question for anyone who knows. Say we win the NFCs with a 1st round bye, we win the first playoff game and somehow the Seahawks lose in the playoffs, would the team that beat the Seahawks have to come to Charlotte to play us? In other words, with us getting a first round bye and Seattle losing their playoff game say for example to the 49ers, would the 49ers have to come to Charlotte?

Higher seed gets home field.... Was you around in 2008-2009 when the #4 Cards hosted the #6 Eagles?

I want San Fran to win the WC card round, go into Seattle and beat them and San Fran come to us for the NFC championship game, I know we would win! Just the thought we have a chance of hosting a NFC championship game is amazing.

This could realistically happen. Another reason we need to lock up the #2

Agreed that this Sunday is the biggest game in years for this team.  It could not only get us into the playoffs, but give us the opportunity with a season finale win to receive a bye.

Payton in my opinion is a better coach, but his team does not perform nearly as well away from dome. Rain could make the precision passing game a challenge for Brees.   DWill could be the key to the game for us.  He gets 100 or close, we win.  Otherwise, it means we are in 3rd and long all day and that does not bode well.  Hoping CJ is over the flu also.

Green Bay will not beat Pittsburgh and Chicago.

Detroit can say bye bye to the Playoffs as well.

Cardinals will lose to Seattle.

We need to win 1 out of 2 games (Aints / Failcons; will win both) to end the season and we will get in the Playoffs.

When you have Aaron Rodgers you can beat anyone. If he comes back, they make the playoffs.

The Panthers deserve to have at least one home game during the post season......their record so far speaks of that.

However, while it would be nice to have a Conference championship game at home.........the bottom line is that Seattle at home is the defining challenge for any other team to earn their rights to the Super Bowl.

Here is what I would like to see............Panthers get the division with a bye and one division game at home. In that game we beat Philly, Dallas, Green Bay or Chicago.

Then we go to Seattle and punch them out.................

Respect going into the Super Bowl and the confidence to win it all after that...........

With the Detroit loss last night, I now have the top 6 being:

1. Seattle

2. Carolina

3. Philadelphia

4. Green Bay

5. New Orleans

6. San Francisco

Of those, I like San Fran over Philly and Green Bay over New Orleans which would bring Aaron Rodgers and the Packers here. Now that is not the matchup I'd like to see.
