Dude, get over it. I understand that you're whiny and needy but we're 9-4 and a big part of that is because of our draft. You know, the one we drafted two stud DTs in the first two rounds? Then again, you're the dingbat that bitched for weeks about the Star pick. No surprise we got another useless rant thread.

 

exactly and what were you and I and a couple other posters proclaiming post-draft?

 

that building our defense actually helps Cam as much and maybe more at this point then drafting a receiver.

 

 

 

 

No one is doubting we need an upgrade at WR. But you can't fill all your holes in one offseason when we had glaring holes in our secondary, our defensive line, our cornerbacks and WR positions.

 

Looks like the double dip has paid off well considering we are 9-4 and about to make a playoff birth.

63 Receptions 931 yards and 7 touchdowns, That's better than any WR on our roster. You can say he's played one more game, but you have to remind yourself he didn't play a lot at the beginning of the year.

Ron Rivera attended his pro day, Our WR coach threw to him!!!, He was in our own back yard. How could we miss so badly. He was a steal in the 3rd round. I would have taken him second over KK.

And yes this is very relevant given how much we complain about WRs here. He was right there begging us to take him and we passed. Thank god the answer was on the roster......until they got cut: Gettis and AE. O and Mr. two catch Hixon.

submit your resume, i'm sure the panthers or some other team would love to have your impeccable insight.  and for your next trick,  you can turn two picks into four, just so you cover all that teams needs in one draft.

I'm not the one with the insight and I don't pretend to be. The Panthers were the ones courting Keenan Allen. I'll stop bitching about it when everybody on this board stops bitching about other things. Don't tell me what to bitch about and I won't tell you.

      For the silly people that worship her it will be that.  The Coleman 'legend' thing, they did that with another fairly average player that was here and I sort of mocked or questioned the 'legend' status. Instantly caught crap for insulting someone's favorite Panther. So okay, Kurt Coleman is a Legend.

      You allow him to compete--you all are talking as if I am proposing making him the starter. Give him a new coach, new weapons, good OL, etc. and see what happens. You are saying, "Well Damn.  It did not work for 3 guys..."  Right now, our C is injured, we lost our top 2 WRs.  Better question:  If you need a QB, Why would you not take a chance on bringing in a QB who was a former first rounder, a good arm, intelligence, mobility, youth, etc.  and see how he does out of NY--with a better OL, better running game, better receivers.  I am not saying give him a 10-year contract, I am saying give him a chance. You act like there is no improvement on offense here--it was a 2 year process, and next year is year 2.  To me, how can you sit there with Bryce and an opportunity to sign a veteran QB on the cheap comes available and you say--"Not us. We're good.  We are waiting for Patrick Mahommes."  Jone's problem is obviously mental--and he has little support.  Why is this so frigging hard to comprehend.  It is called "bottom fishing" and it is better than sitting in the boat.
