Give the Charges credit, they did the same thing a few years ago when they drafted Vincent Jackson.

The team is 9-4 because of the defense and the defense is playing well because of Star and KK. Allen may have helped the offense but he wouldn't have tipped the scales and won games. 

i agree with the first sentence and love our group.  no way i would change it. 

 

but have you watched a single chargers game?  allen is very much a game changer.

I understand the desire for us to have drafted a WR early last season. However, I like that Gettleman isn't drafting with near a single season in mind. He was drafting for his very first season of managing this teams roster. Fans may think the franchise lives and dies on the season at hand but the FO cannot look at it that way.

Strictly based on opinion..Richardson was taken while Star was still on the board. There was an unusual amount of o line depth in this draft which is why other positions fell.

Most of you were screaming get Hopkins in the second when I stated over and over again that he wouldn't be there.

Too many of ya'll say there wasnt a Julio or Megatron etc... well if that's what your waiting for its never going to happen. Julio Jones went higher than Roddy White but right now he's the #2 on that team.

You check back with me during the next few years. DeAndre Hopkins will have a bigger impact than Star ever will.

I don't know why you guys act like the Panther model is gold. We are a franchise that never has put together consecutive winning seasons.

A franchise QB with a bunch of stop gap WRs is not a model I am happy with. What playmakers have we added to this team since drafting Cam?
