The resemblence thing might be amended by giving him more of a jawline. The one drawing class I took has already worn off of me. This was for an intro to computer graphx class. I don't know if it's something I would do since it's very frustrating work. We'll see.

No, it has a good interface that let's you use a mouse or stylus if you prefer. Basically I start with this:

Then you start grabbing, pushing, pulling, sculpting, carving, etc. and then paint it.

I've played around with Blender before but not this Mudbox thing... gonna have to try it out...

Not bad for a caricature, though... If it is something that interests you, keep at it and you'll obviously get better...

Years ago I wasted almost 2 years of my life in Advertising/Graphic Design curriculum only to find out that art didn't interest me enough to keep going...

Now I'm looking into digital painting techniques (mostly like fantasy art/concept stuff) in Photoshop and try to find time now and again to just play around with it (tuts and stuff help a lot)...

I've got a Wacom Bamboo tablet that I've played around with, but It is definitely a transition from the touchpad on my laptop...

I tried to get Maya and 3DS Max to work once, but my Windows driven machine crapped out on that pretty fast...
