Honestly, this is what we should expect from the media.  Freeman actually has been a pretty big proponent/defender of Cam historically, IIRC.  But until we're on the level of the Pats where we string 9-10 win seasons together over a long period of time, every "big game" is going to serve as a referendum on the team to the media.  The Pats game got us a lot of love (muted a bit due to the game ending controversy, but positive nonetheless), and the blowout loss to the Saints swung the pendulum back in the other direction.  The media's all about "what have you done for me lately?", and we just got wrecked in primetime.

Bottom line is that the offense was pretty stagnant during the Saints game.  Was that all Cam's fault.....hell no.  It was a combination of a lot of things. 

 

But (as it has been pointed out many times before), QB's get way too much credit when the team is winning and way too much blame when they lose.  It just is the way it is.
