A lot of holding gone uncalled of course and C.J needs to come back at full strength. Not 50-60% percent. Good coverage also causes the QB to hold onto the ball longer. It all works together

For all the crybabies that always offer up the, "wishing injuries on other teams is classless!" F THAT! I'm with you rayzor. The only guy I have an inkling of respect for on that team is Brees and maybe Vaccarro now. Other than that, I'm all for cheap shots and lowblows on them.... I absolutely despise their franchise and considering their history of trying to purposely injure our guys, I will never feel sorry for that.

OT: yeah, Stew may be done here. But I have to say this, do any of the guys spouting off what a "pussy" he is for getting injured again think that he actually intended to miss all of these games? Lol. Furthermore, do you see how he's built? And the sport he plays for a living? Uhh... and yet, sitting behind keyboards, people are questioning his toughness? What a joke. It sucks, but no need to go there. He has done all he can to play every possible game for us and he's no less tough than the next guy, he's just one of those rare cases that always seem to catch the bad breaks.

Yup, Saints are all about "sending a message" so I would have liked to see us send Brees some messages early in the game (before or a little bit after the whistle) just to get in his head. We talked about it all week, if you hit Brees early it takes him out of his game. I would have gladly accepted the 15 yard penalty and the fine to lay Brees out early in the game and let him know that one way or another he was going to pay a price.

This BETTER happen in two weeks. Legal or not, the Taints don't deserve to be protected by the rules. That was the most frustrating part to me last night, was we didn't even get close. It definitely felt like our defense, with a few exceptions, shriveled up under the spotlight last night. Didn't feel like we played with that usual, "right on the edge," controlled-chaos, chippiness.

Stewart does have a tear.Don't see how he can possibly come back this season.With his healing history and the messed up ankles we may never see him again.A injury settlement may be the best choice for everyone involved.

The stuff they got away with for years was inexcusable - the late hits on Smitty, Fujita rolling up on Smitty's knees (glad his career was ended prematurely btw), the time Gleason punched one of our guys in the balls while covering a kick and was ejected IIRC... YEAH, I will celebrate any injuries they incur coming down the home stretch.
