I was at the game and there was a noticeable difference in the volume level of the music while we were on offense. They did kill the music when the play clock started, but while the play clock was stopped they blasted AC/DC or Queen at nearly every opportunity. Something they didn't do while Breese was on the field.

I'm not complaining, home field advantage is what it is, but that place was seriously rocking. I'm amazed that we had no pre-snap penalties.

On a side note, My whole crew wore panther gear to the game and we expected to be trash talked too the whole time. The Saints fans were really all class though. Courteous, fun, and really into the game. If you ever get a chance to go to a game there, take it. Their game atmosphere puts ours to shame.

they appeared to be having to adjust to it by going silent count a lot. . or Cam just having to clap for the snap more often than normal.

 

 

And that would have to affect your thinking as a coach, idk, lol that would fug me up if someone was cranking fugging Freddie Mercury at 180 decibels.

Nah, I have no problem with them doing it. Its their stadium and its legal.

 

I just think its a bit silly to advertise that your crowd is going to go for loudest indoor stadium record and them bring out huge speakers to do the work.

Seattle pipes in noise too apparently and their stadium is built to amplify noise...even if we tried we could never match the noise in Seattle....but it doesn't mean we won't be loud and rockin in that BI$&H!!!!! And no help from speakers!!!!

Seattle does not pipe in noise....been accused of it a couple of times and the league investigated and found absolutely nothing wrong.  The architecture is built to help deflect the noise onto the field though...and that's just smart.
