Should Ron be fired or kept?

yes

Honestly I like you, so I don't give you a hard time like I do some other people.

But your threads have gotten progressively worse pretty quickly. Try just posting for awhile, and then see where you're at. Kthx.

I just need a button that doesn't allow me to make threads while I'm drunk..

I need that button right now.

it was a great question you asked..on one hand lets say we do not make the play offs.he had an 8 game winning streak beating the niners and pats.but at the same time nont making the playoffs would mean we dropped a game to the jets and falcons.falcons look good on paper but have been garbage this year and the jets while have a great defense do not really have much on offense.its one of those where you are kind of danged if you danged if you dont type of things.i know some in the media will rip us if he gets fired for not making the playoffs.but then you will have some who will wonder how you can not fire the guy.id say fire him because it would mean we screwed the pooch with 3 games left.and two of those games we should win hands down

But even if he wins against both the Jets and Falcons, the Panthers could still mathematically miss the playoffs @ 11-5!

Let's see how the rest of the season goes. If we win 10 games I don't see how you fire him even if we miss the playoffs.

The catch is, and I know a lot of people don't like this, but if we don't fire him we will have to extend him. Coaches just don't go to the last year of their contract.

We did with Fox and now some of our fans think it is a common or even good thing to do. It isn't and it's not.

Apologies my man... Haha just a bit scared over the thought of losing our HC.. He is the only one since Foxy, obviously to give us a winning record and a shot at the Lombardi.. I can't even fathom starting from scratch again... We have too good of a core team and coaching staff to start all over again...

*passes Patherman a shot of fireball*

No problem bro. Just want to see some people opinions on what should happen to Ron if we should miss the playoffs for some odd reason. But all is good.

If somehow we miss the playoff after the tremendous run we had.... It will definitely be questionable for RR to be fired... I'll leave it at that... However, I honestly don't even want to imagine that scenario...

I agree with that. But again this thread wasn't done to see if Ron should be fired. It was a what if it happens should he get fired. Oh well everyone have a nice night. I'm going to play some COD for a while and chill out. Sorry if some people was offend  by this thread or anything. I was just asking for an opinion.

Yea pretty. I would love to see Ron stay around at least one more year. See if Ron can do something no other Panthers HC has ever done in 16 seasons. Put a back to back winnings seasons for the first time in Franchise history.
