Should Ron be fired or kept?

Now before anyone jump down my throat and all. All I'm doing is asking a simple question. And yes I know we are still in the playoff hunt. I'm just saying. If for some odd reason we should miss the playoffs by a hair. Do you think DG and JR would fire Ron and move on to find another new HC or do they keep Ron through next year and hope that he has another good year?

If he loses 2 out of 3 of the next games and misses the playoffs,I won't cry if he is let go!

keep in mind..the niners got thrashed by the hawks at the home of the 12 man earlier this year.then beat the same hawks team today.saints are just like the hawks they play great at home for some reason.will be a different story when they arrive at BOA in a couple of weeks.

Be honest with me. A lot of people say I make the worst threads on this forum. Are my threads really this bad? I know from time to time I speak my mind or I make a drunk post but, am I really worse than this?

I can handle the truth.

Winning season... Duhhh let's fire Riverboat Ron.. Duh..

Hey genius, if we fired him who would you hire to replace him that would do better with the team we have???

Dude chill out. Stop drinking and go to bed. I want him to stay after this season no matter what. But some people him gone if we didn't make the playoffs good record or not. I was just asking people opinion. Chill out for goodness sake. LOL

Honestly I like you, so I don't give you a hard time like I do some other people.

But your threads have gotten progressively worse pretty quickly. Try just posting for awhile, and then see where you're at. Kthx.

it was a great question you asked..on one hand lets say we do not make the play offs.he had an 8 game winning streak beating the niners and pats.but at the same time nont making the playoffs would mean we dropped a game to the jets and falcons.falcons look good on paper but have been garbage this year and the jets while have a great defense do not really have much on offense.its one of those where you are kind of danged if you danged if you dont type of things.i know some in the media will rip us if he gets fired for not making the playoffs.but then you will have some who will wonder how you can not fire the guy.id say fire him because it would mean we screwed the pooch with 3 games left.and two of those games we should win hands down

I'm not a big fan of "cut player x" "fire coach Z" threads after a loss. He needs to make the playoffs. If he can't make the playoffs after starting 9-3 then we have a real problem. But we should make the playoffs and if that is the case he has earned another year. Still the future is uncertain. We are going to lose a ton of players in the off season, we need to draft well and resign well.

Apologies my man... Haha just a bit scared over the thought of losing our HC.. He is the only one since Foxy, obviously to give us a winning record and a shot at the Lombardi.. I can't even fathom starting from scratch again... We have too good of a core team and coaching staff to start all over again...

*passes Patherman a shot of fireball*
