Should Ron be fired or kept?

He has one 8 of last 9. We are 9-4.

We lost to the Saints in the dome in prime time where they are unbeatable with them coming off a beatdown....

If you didn't want Ron fired before kickoff tonight......you shouldn't now

 

Did you actually read my post. I said if for some odd reason if we didn't make it to the playoffs even with this current record should they keep him or not. Remember we still got the Cards and 49ers on our back door if we bomb out on final 2 of 3 games. I was just saying if it happen. Some people a few months back was saying if we didn't make the playoffs he should go no matter what. I just wondering if that was still on the table at this time.

JR should pay the farm to bring in Bill O'Brien from Penn State as the OC, Cam would get even better under him and provide much better play calling

simple if he finishes the deal and gets us into the playoffs then yes he should get another year.if we miss the playoffs send him packing.

We will have a lot of decisions to make this summer regarding free agents like Hardy and possibly extending Cam's contract. A lot of that will determine what direction we will go in and whether Rivera stays. With one year left on this contract, he's more more expendable.

Yes they should keep him, they would be dumb not too, and anyone who questions that is a moron, which we have plenty of those around here tonight.  The team has taken a drastic step forward, even with a ton of holes to fill.  Restarting with a new coach, new system, and possibly new QB is going to set us back years.

Yea and still that small chance we could blow 2 of the last 3 games and 49ers and the Cards take over the final 2 wildcards sports out from under us. Don't forget about that. Falcons ain't going to lay down for us and neither will the Saints. I believe we will make into the playoffs. I'm just saying if we should not.

And that's all I'm asking people here. That simple. A few months back no would care if Ron went 10-6. If we missed the playoffs people still wanted him gone. But it seems some people tunes have changed. But that question still remains 3 weeks from now.

If for some odd reason we should miss the playoffs by a hair. Do you think DG and JR would fire Ron and move on to find another new HC or do they keep Ron through next year and hope that he has another good year?
