Panthers heavily picked to lose by NFL "experts"

Honestly don't care who picks us to lose. Past stats don't mean crap. Every year is different. Plus we beat the Saints last year in the dome. Like they say once you get in the playoffs. The record is 0-0 again. So consider this game with Saints like the playoffs. We are 0-0 against them this year. Every year changes. So let people doubt us if they want. It doesn't matter once bit to me. I believe we can win big time this Sunday. Go Panthers!!

The way I see it..............right now the Saints are a more complete team on both sides of the ball but have reached or are beyond their peak............

However, as a team that continues to be "work in progress" the Panthers will be a better complete team in the future but for this game the Panthers have two X factors that exceed any other team in the NFL right now..........one is our front 4 pressure and the other is Cam's running combined with his size.

Now can those two X factors be the difference maker?

No necessarily.................except for this.............if the Panthers come out and play more physical on both sides

of the ball then those X factors are the deciding factor to win this game.

Physical aggressiveness.............Cam with committed runs to pick up first downs............and big time pressure from

the front 4 wins this game.......

Any lack of those components and we fall short..........

I don't buy the Saints being the more complete team.....

If they were they wouldn't be a night and day different team when they go on the road....especially outdoors.    They are geared to play one style of football......dome ball w/ a lead.

Buddy of mine told me Sunday he saw 2:3 talkin heads had picked Tampa. "Fug yeah.." was my response, let the naysayers naysay...

I forgot which show it was, but I saw it too. They were talking up Tampa's run game, Glennon and their three game winning streak. Also said their defense was playing at a high level. Made no mention of the Panthers 7 game winning streak and having the #1 defense. I was like what the fug, we are going to stomp their ass.

Speaking of Glennon, my family was at the game and my wife asked who was the goofy, spastic QB for Tampa. I told her he was Mike Glennon from NC State, is 6"7 and a decent QB. She said, "Well, he still looks goofy." The next play he threw the ball backwards and she said, "I told you he was spastic." and that pretty much summed up the rest of the game for the Bucs.

For some reason none of the Analysts are buying into the Panthers and will continue to put us as the underdog for the rest of the season. Which is fine by me. Love watching them eat crow.

Honestly, I think we're too young to be scared.  I think we know we're good enough.  We swept them last year

and we're much better this year.  So they're better than last year too, ok.  They have secret doubts because of

their record in the last 7 games.  We don't care what our record is, because we are steamrolling anyone and everyone.

We've learned how to win, and if we lose this game, we are finally smart enough to learn and get better instead of

sulking.

I think we're special.  I think we win.  And if we lose, I think it makes us even better, because of improved effort and

education.

I'm all in on this team.  Cam, Luke, Star....these guys are so good and so young, and only expect to get better each week.

There is nothing to lose.  We were picked last in our division by many.  This team found out how to win and just keeps doing it.

No fear.  whether we should or not, there is no fear.

Fantastic! I love the disrespect, it will just make the outcome that much more shaking and do even more to destroy the fragile psyches of all the talking heads.

Don't read too much into it, though, only one guy picked the Seahawks to beat the 49ers.

I don't feel like its "disrespect" if someone were to pick against us.  I don't get why anyone would think so.  If I had to make a pick for this game I'd probably go with the Saints too.  Doesn't mean that we CANT win or that I don't think we WILL win.  Just what I predict based on what I know and what I've seen.

Why does everyone on here get so up tight about who the experts pick?
