Menu for the Saints' Game

Sapper

Recommended Posts

Okay, this is a little early for Sunday night - but I need to prep pretty fast.

I was going to do Nachos, Wings and Sliders (original, I know) but then got word of a ton of family coming to town for Christmas this early.

I might use them for snacking for the early games -- but does anyone know what their game time meal is?

Can't remember the name of the recipe, but it's a shrimp dish that is basically shrimp floating in meltaed butter seasoned with garlic and old bay. Delicious.

Also, go with some mini BLT's for the crowd. Buy a pack of bacon, some romaine lettuce, roma tomatoes, and a box of pita chips. Pile a slice of fried bacon, tomato, and lettuce (add cheese of choice if you want) onto each pita chip and serve on a tray.

Finally, the easiest sausage dip known to man: mix cream cheese, velveta, sausage, and Ro-tel in a slow cooker. I'll have to ask my wife for the measurements, but I bet you could find it with a google search.

And alcohol. Lots.
