I downloaded the first 2 episodes last night, haven't watched them yet. But I have high hopes. TNT is not network and they will be able to get away with a little more than NBC.

It has more violence than the walking dead.

I guess quality differences matters on your provider. I think the smaller cable companies still compress local signals just to save on bandwidth and some others may still do it.

They shouldn't, especially if they are all digital. That's the whole point of came companies going digital over analog. Digital signals take up way less than analog, you can put 30+ channels in the bandwidth it takes to supply one analog channel.

The only other reason was to stop interference with emergency responders. Analog signals could mess with their radio sets.
