We can beat the Seahawks in Seattle in the Playoffs

Agree, they've been to one Super Bowl and one less conference championship game than we have in over twice the time as a franchise. No more difficult than St Louis in 2003. Many great teams in tough venues have lost home playoff games, I think they will be another. But I do also believe in one game at a time.

The Panthers have been to three conference championship games?  The Seahawks have been to two conference championship games.  The NFCCG after the 2005 season, and the AFCCG after the 1983 season.  Not that I think it's relevant to anything happening this year.

I do find it a little funny though,  that when considering a possible playoff game this season in Seattle, you would reflect back on something that happened in 2003 in St Louis, while ignoring the 2005 @$$-whooping you got at the NFCCG you played in Seattle.  I would think the more recent game in the actual city itself would be more relevant than an older game in a different city.

Oh, and you're welcome for beating the crap out of the Saints for you.

Lets just calm down and focus on the saints. Seattle is further down the road, i have been looking forward to this game this sunday all season. I went from not liking the Aints to cant standing them. I want to beat them on their home turf so bad to prove a point last year sweep wasnt a fluke. Couple more days.

Neither of those games are relevant now. Different players, different coaches. Most Panthers fans you will talk to here know how tough the Seahawks are. Who knows if we meet again soon, but if we do, I predict it will be close, like our meeting earlier in the season.

Any team who kicks the poo out of the Saints is okay in my book.

I know it's all not relevant, I was just stirring the pot a little.  Actually, I probably wouldn't have posted anything, but I felt compelled to respond to this:

"they've been to one Super Bowl and one less conference championship game than we have"

And thank you sooooo much for beating the Digits in that mudbog they call a home field.  Their boards imploded afterward, and their tears were delicious.

I meant no offense with that, but what I was saying is this-your great (admittedly) home field advantage isn't the end-all-be-all, because if it were, you would have won more hardware on home field alone through the years. The greatest moment by far is the drubbing (admittedly) of us after us playing four straight physical road games and having a 5th string RB in 2005.

This year you beat us again, but so did 14 other teams in the last two+ years by a touchdown or less. Anyone that thinks we're not ready or have to take baby steps has no clue the maddening ways we lost games the last 2+ years. We have been able to play for some time and we have now turned the corner, winning close games, winning blowouts, winning period. We're scared of no one in no place. The last three NFC Champions were road teams, all against formidable foes in formidable venues (which Seattle is one). We can certainly win there, only time will tell.

Not that it matters, but we had a lot of injuries for that game and played our 3rd string RB. Just sayin'

........ and thank you.
