I found last night a little bittersweet.

Man this is going to happen to every team that gets beat. They try to find their weakness to fix it. It doesn't mean that it will be fixed or that the panthers can't force them to make the same mistakes again. Have some confidence in your team especially as we are approaching the playoffs.

It wasn't so much that they were exposed... New Orleans Offensive line has never been that great this season.. I have seen this first hand while having Brees as my FF quarterback.. The Saints receiving options are not what they used to be in years past. They tend to run a lot of screen plays to soften the defense for the deep pass.

It just looked like Seattle came out fast and didn't let up.. Unfortunately our offense has yet to show this form of potential against a top contender team. Usually our defense can keep the game close and our offense can put together a couple nice drives to give us the lead.. I don't see much changing next Sunday night in New Orleans.

It's going to be a GREAT game!!! Keep Pounding!!

The Seahawks showed that a team with a great secondary can shut down a team who does nothing but pass.  The Taints and Denver are built to be destroyed by the Seahawks D.  That's not our D.  But they did get a lot of push at the line, which we should be able to do as well.

What gets me is how well their offense did.  They only punted once until the 4th quarter.  The Taints came in with a top 5 D, but got abused.  I hope our offense was paying attention to that.

Do you think the Seahawks provided a blueprint to shutdown the Saints or just made them aware of their vulnerabilities

a week before we had our shot to expose them?

I'm worried that beat down makes them much more difficult to predict next week.

At this point in the season, the Saints are "who they are".

They cannot change quickly enough to become a different team, their roster cannot morph to address the problems they have with physical teams like ours.

The real issue is that now everybody else knows who the Saints are.

They are tired, banged up, and have little time to rest before our game with them.

I like our chances to beat them at home this Sunday.

For me this is the real game for the NFCS title, because if we beat them at the dome, I think they have much less of a chance to beat us at the Bank.

Did we not beat them last year in the dome? Sure -Sean Payton but still. I see no real reason why the Panthers should not come in to NO and give the Stains a good game. I don't see a beat down per say but I do see a gritty 7 points or less victory by someone. I hope we win. It seems every game we play since the win streak started is the biggest game in this teams life.
