Seattle Crowd

I hope that after we win this coming Sunday night...the our crowd against the JETs acts the sameway as this Hawks crowd.  When they score everyone in the stands high fives....They get extremely loud.  They are up on their feet 95% of the time.  The enjoy watching the game and not going to just get the shot at free t-shirts....lets show this team that we are behind them 100 percent, not only in the primetime games but any and every home game.......take it among yourself to pump up your section and keep them going throughout the game......enjoy this season, we all know sometimes these feeling can be few and far between.....this group is special and has a bright future....but we can never tell how long this ride will last.....KEEP POUNDING!!!!

Also, people forget, Seattle is so far from every other team in the NFL. Only SF and Oakland are relatively close and that's a 14 hour drive!

So that means not many opposing fans at all...which is huge.

Charlotte is right in the middle of the Eastern Seaboard, cheap flights, easy to get to and is a transplant city... it's hard to compare is all I'm saying.

But_goddamn Tirico just mentioned "Willlllllson" chant Seattle fans do now since Trey, Phish's frontman, asked them to do it at the Gorge shows this summer ..was there :) that makes me a little jealous though! Would never happen in Pantherland... I love Seattle as a city and the Seahawks do have a great vibe within the franchise, gotta admit.

It's not going to happen. I can garauntee the average age of a Seahawks crowd is 10 years younger than our Panthers.

I disagree

Lots of old folk at both stadiums. The difference is that there, old folks yell. Here, old folks want to watch the game in peace and quiet.

Seattle has a lot of things going for it's fanbase, besides the team winning.

1. The stadium was designed to bounce sound and set deducible records, which it does. Seahawks' fans knows their voice carries more weight than at any other stadium. Sure other fans bases can get loud to, but most stadiums can't amplify that. Even if everybody at Bank of America screamed at the top of their lungs, it couldn't touch CenturyLink Field.

2. Seattle is far removed from most other NFL cities. A lot of fans from other teams won't travel to Seattle to watch their team play. It's too far away. Their stadium is 99% Seahawk fans. Bank of American at the best of times, is maybe 75% Panthers fans. At least from the games I've been too.

Our Stadium was electric (of course before the 5 ints by Jake) during the playoff game against AZ in 2008....we could have an electric crowd for all home games.....Winning changes things....just hoping in two weeks BOA is crazy....I could barely hear my brother talking to me at the game in the beginning, then the boos and crying overtook everyone and the stadium emptied quickly after halftime.......such a horrible L....this year can and will be different...KEEP POUNDING!!!!

    • And we just started playing competitive football. Now look we beat a decent team. We can celebrate winning, it will be ok…
    • It doesn't matter if you give him a new WR1. To do it you have to devoted MORE resources to him. At some point you have to stop or there's nothing left for the defense. Our defense looks like scrubs because that's what we've got because we've spent a shitload on offense. He got a 1st round WR and a shiny new RB in round 2.  Bryce had a couple of good games but we are not competing against the Chiefs or Eagles. They're headed to the playoffs with realistic SB aspirations and we're headed to a top 10 pick. Those teams have competed for an entire season where the Panthers have ummm... They've almost gotten to as many wins as Matt Rhule in a season.  Would you rather have Bryce or Lamar? Because we've spent more on Bryce and to build around him than what it would have cost to trade for Lamar.  This team can't get better when it's having to devote everything to making it possible for our #1 QB god to play average NFL football.  I may end up being wrong and Bryce may become the GOAT. But one thing you won't see me doing is flip flopping on where I stand every couple of weeks because he has good or bad games. I think Bryce is our version of Daniel Jones and I think we're going to fug ourselves pretending he's Pat Mahomes.
